JIC静安国际中心位于苏河湾规划中的城市更新示范区内，总建筑面积约60万方，拥有滨河购物中心、综合办公楼、英迪格高端精品酒店、静安洲际酒店两大星级酒店、国际生态住宅、会议中心等丰富业态，形成了高度复合功能的城市综合体。尤其是外部商业与滨水绿带的结合，更能彰显体验式商业的魅力。入口的标致性形象钢柱从宝矿集团厂区搬移而来，设计中将水与柱体结合，夜间配合灯光，营造别具一格的雕塑水景。
JIC is located in the urban renewal demonstration area planned for Suhe Bay, with a total construction area of about 600,000 square meters. Rich business formats such as international ecological residences and conference centers have formed a highly complex urban complex. In particular, the combination of external commerce and waterfront green belts can better demonstrate the charm of experiential commerce. The iconic steel pillars at the entrance are moved from the Bao Mining Group factory. The design combines water with the pillars, and lights at night to create a unique sculptural waterscape.
