凌空SOHO由世界著名建筑师Zaha Hadid（扎哈·哈迪德）担纲总建筑设计师，是扎哈在上海的首个建筑设计作品。本次参与的是南广场的水景改造。原有的水景利用率非常低，瀑布的落差加之风的影响，时常对周围商铺造成困扰，改造中大胆采用了数字水帘结合旱喷演绎的新形式，创造出极为特别的新水景形态。与景观单位一起合作，运用了虚拟树喷雾系统，使极小的微粒在空气中云集，形成了白色云雾状的奇特景观，不仅起到夏日降温作用，更增加了人群聚集、休憩等使用功能，在空间中加入了活跃元素。
Skybridge SOHO is designed under the lead of Zaha Hadid, the world famous architect, as the chief architectural designer. It is Zaha's first architectural design work in Shanghai. This project is the waterscape reconstruction in the south square. The utilization rate of the original waterscape is very low, while the fall of the waterfall and the influence of wind often cause trouble to the surrounding shops. In the reconstruction, a new form of digital water curtain combined with dry-land fountain is boldly adopted to create a very special new waterscape. In cooperation with landscape design units, the virtual tree spray system is used to make tiny particles gather in the air and form an amazing scene of white clouds. It not only plays a cooling role in summer, but also increases the use function of crowd gathering and rest that adds active elements to the space.
